Keto Deep Dish Sausage Crust Pizza

Course Main Course

Ingredients

Sausage Crust

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage (hot or mild)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Pizza Sauce (if you cant find a low carb, sugar free)

  • 1 28oz tomato sauce (find low carb, sugar free)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian herb seasoning

Pizza Topping (choose your favorite keto toppings, I have only listed the cheese needed!)

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Sausage Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 350F 
  • Using a spring foam pan, press the sausage into the pan. 
  • Season the sausage with the remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the sausage is grey, not browned. 
  • Drain excess grease if necessary 

Pizza Sauce (you can skip this step if you have found a sugar free carb free sauce)

  • In a saucepan heat olive oil, add garlic and seasoning until golden brown. 
  • Add tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat 

Pizza Toppings!

  • On the sausage crust sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese along with your preferred keto toppings. Place the pizza back in the oven till the cheese is melted. 
  • Remove the pizza from the oven, add pizza sauce, another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, and your preferred toppings, and repeat till your pizza is complete. 

Notes

I have also made this on a pizza sheet so it is more of a thin crust pizza. Enjoy!!

Keto Pizza Bagels

Ingredients

Bagels

  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsbp baking powder
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large eggs one is reserved for egg wash

Topping

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

Bagels

  • Preheat oven to 400F 
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking sheets 
  • In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour and baking powder
  • Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a large microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave at full power in 30 second intervals. After each 30 seconds stir cheese until it is completely melted. 
  • Mix cheese, 2 eggs, and almond flour mixture in a bowl until the dough is uniform. The dough will be sticky. 
  • Lightly coat your hands with oil and divide the dough into 8 equal parts. 
  • Roll each dough into ropes about 1 inch thick. Form the rope into a circle and pinch the ends shut. Place each circle onto your baking sheet. The bagels should be about 2 inches apart. 
  • Add the final egg to a bowl and whisk. Brush each bagel with the egg wash. 
  • Sprinkle each bagel with mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni
  • Place bagels in the oven for 14-15 minutes in the middle rack of your oven, or until the bagels are golden brown. 
  • Allow bagels to cool on cooling rack before severing and ENJOY! 

Notes

Store bagels covered in refrigerator for up to one week. The can be toasted for extra crispness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 jalapeños finely diced (optional)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9- x 13-inch glass baking dish. 
  • In a large bowl mix together the cheese, almond flour, jalapeños, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until well combined. Pour the batter into the backing dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
  • Allow to cool for a couple minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon powdered stevia
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend it on high for about 1 minute until all the ingredients come out nice and smooth. You will want to make sure you cream together all of the cream cheese so you don’t have any lumps.
  • Preheat your pan and add butter
  • Pour about 1/8 to a 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Note: these do take a bit longer to cook. Cook them low and slow.
  • These are very filling so don’t be surprised if you only end up eating 2 out of the 4 pancakes.
  • Optional: Top with butter and sugar-free syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Arrowroot powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small sauce pan.
  • Heat on the stove at medium heat for about 2-5 minutes or until thickened.
  • Let the sauce completely cool.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

  • 1/3 cup Swerve Sugar
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Finely grated onion
  • 1/2 cup Full fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons White vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8 cups Cabbage finely diced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl mix sugar, black pepper, salt, onion, mayonnaise, white vinegar, lemon juice, and heavy cream until smooth and well combined. 
  • Add cabbage and mix
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours minimum. Stir before serving.

Keto Peanut Butter Cookies!

Keto Peanut Butter Cookies are so delicious and easy to make! They only require 6 ingredients and are absolutely amazing! My daughter is not on the Keto diet but definitely LOVES these cookies!! They are kid approved and don’t have any flour or SUGAR!  
Course Dessert
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 40 Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sugar (You can also use your keto approved sugar of choice)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips (I buy mine on amazon)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line 2 baking sheets with a silicone mat or parchment paper
  • In a large mixing bowl, using a spoon or spatula, mix together Swerve Sugar, Swerve Brown Sugar, baking soda, peanut butter, and egg until it is blended.
  • Stir in Lilly’s chocolate chips
  • Place dough by the rounded teaspoonful’s onto baking sheets. Space cookies 2 inches apart 
  • Flatten each cookie slightly
  • Bake one sheet at a time for 10-12 minutes
  • Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer them to a wire cooling rack
