Pizza Sauce (if you cant find a low carb, sugar free)
128oztomato sauce(find low carb, sugar free)
1tbspminced garlic
1tbspolive oil
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
2tspItalian herb seasoning
Pizza Topping (choose your favorite keto toppings, I have only listed the cheese needed!)
2cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Sausage Crust
Preheat the oven to 350F
Using a spring foam pan, press the sausage into the pan.
Season the sausage with the remaining ingredients.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the sausage is grey, not browned.
Drain excess grease if necessary
Pizza Sauce (you can skip this step if you have found a sugar free carb free sauce)
In a saucepan heat olive oil, add garlic and seasoning until golden brown.
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat
Pizza Toppings!
On the sausage crust sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese along with your preferred keto toppings. Place the pizza back in the oven till the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven, add pizza sauce, another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, and your preferred toppings, and repeat till your pizza is complete.
Notes
I have also made this on a pizza sheet so it is more of a thin crust pizza. Enjoy!!
