Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 jalapeños finely diced (optional)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9- x 13-inch glass baking dish. 
  • In a large bowl mix together the cheese, almond flour, jalapeños, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until well combined. Pour the batter into the backing dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
  • Allow to cool for a couple minutes before serving.
