Instructions
In a large mixing bowl mix sugar, black pepper, salt, onion, mayonnaise, white vinegar, lemon juice, and heavy cream until smooth and well combined.
Add cabbage and mix
Cover bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours minimum. Stir before serving.
