Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9- x 13-inch glass baking dish.
In a large bowl mix together the cheese, almond flour, jalapeños, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until well combined. Pour the batter into the backing dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
Allow to cool for a couple minutes before serving.
