Keto Cornbread
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 jalapeños finely diced (optional)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9- x 13-inch glass baking dish.
- In a large bowl mix together the cheese, almond flour, jalapeños, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until well combined. Pour the batter into the backing dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
- Allow to cool for a couple minutes before serving.
