Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Swerve Sugar
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Finely grated onion
  • 1/2 cup Full fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons White vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8 cups Cabbage finely diced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl mix sugar, black pepper, salt, onion, mayonnaise, white vinegar, lemon juice, and heavy cream until smooth and well combined. 
  • Add cabbage and mix
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours minimum. Stir before serving.
